I/We would be happy to comment on our experience with Josh Mettle. Josh was great! He never avoided any of our calls or put us off. Whenever we had any questions or concerns he did address them. We had to trust in Josh that he truly was getting the loan that would best benefit us since he has all the experience in this field. We feel he did that. At closing everything was as Josh had told us. No surprises. When we decided to we are ready to downsize we will definitely have Josh involved in the process. There is no question, if we know someone who is wanting to finance or refinance their home Josh Mettle's name will definitely be entered into the conversation. We do have one other request of Josh, we would like a couple of his business cards. This way we can refer him and give out his card. Bob does this with our insurance agent to. Since my husband is in the car business, he comes in contact with a lot of people. If the opportunity presents itself he will hand out one of our insurance agents cards and just tell them call him and see if he can benefit you. He would be happy to do the same for Josh.
My experience with Josh has always been a positive experience when dealing with refinancing. He has always made it as stress free as a refinance can be. He will always be the first one to be referred to my family & friends; I have the up most trust in Josh on his knowledge & advice. I wouldn't work with anyone else other than Josh.

Working with Josh and David to obtain our recent mortgage was almost too good to be true. It was lots of work providing all of the documentation, but there was never a time when we could not get a question answered. All inquiries received prompt attention, and we always felt like Josh had time to talk with.
We mortgaged our first home in 1973 and have closed on several mortgages in years since then. This is the first mortgage that we truly felt a part of. Rather than providing the necessary information and waiting to hear back we were kept apprised of where the paperwork was in the system, what came next, and what was still needed. Our experience with Josh has always been wonderful. He always keeps in touch with us by sending mailers each month. We have now been working with Josh Mettle for almost 6 years. I found the refinancing experience with Josh a pleasant low stress experience. He is very professional and up to speed on all of the current financing options. Once I gave him the requested material to complete my refinance plan, all I had to do is wait for the closing date. Josh has always been very informative and clear about the lending process, including rates, loan packages and timelines. He always answered questions and returned phone calls in a timely manner and never seemed frustrated with us when we wanted to see a new Good Faith Estimate based on different rates or packages and would even send them over email after the work day was done. We felt confident that we were able to get the best loan available based on his watch of the market each day and his access to information from multiple lending sites.
Buying a home lends itself to a process that can be frustrating and tedious. There were moments that felt irritating because of the underwriting process and although we did take our frustration out on anyone who would listen, we understand that the lending requirements and regulations were to blame for the frustration and not any person who was involved in purchase of this home. Josh was always quick to help us understand the reasons behind the issues we ran into and never got irritated with us when we felt frustrated. He really did do a great job and we appreciate him for his patience with us.
I would be happy to refer people to Josh. I don't know anyone in the market to buy a home right now but will pass along his information whenever I can.
Our experience with Josh and his team was very pleasant and surprisingly much less stressful than I expected. Josh was very professional and pleasant anytime we talked with him. Although he used the rest of his team to assist him he was always personally available for our needs and responded quickly if we could not get a hold of him the first time. I truly was surprised how smoothly things went especially since this was our first home purchase. My experience with Josh and having used him before was quite enjoyable. We had no glitches in the processing and my wife and I are very pleased with his honesty and ability to work the loan rate out. He also keeps us informed with his monthly newsletter. The newsletter keeps us up to speed on the changes going on in the market as well as things we might need to think about relative to taxes.

Josh came highly recommended by a friend so I had very high expectations for him. I felt at ease with Josh since the beginning because he first explained all of the details about the different loans and everything else that a buyer, a first time buyer in my case, should know. So I had a good background of information to begin with. After knowing my needs, he explained what the best type of loans was for me and explained the process ahead. I have used Josh Mettle for the purchase of three homes over the past three years, one of which was my first home purchase. Prior to Josh I worked with two other mortgage brokers of which I was not impressed with their ability to clearly explain the loan process or details that I felt were important for me to understand. I am extremely happy with my experience with my current home purchase. We wandered in to the Ivory model hoping to get a look at the plan I had been looking at online. Wid was very helpful with information on the Ivory townhomes at Highbury. We fell in love with one of the manager special units. Wid then went on to highly recommend Josh as a mortgage broker who he trusted completely. He said that Josh would do his best for us and keep us informed of progress.

Working with Josh Mettle's team to refinance our house was a painless act that save us thousands over the life of our loan, plus we were able to take out a bunch of money for home improvements to add to the comfort of our life. We really appreciate the quick response from Josh and David regarding our recent mortgage. On day one, when we needed a pre-approval from Josh for an offer we wanted to make on a home, Josh was awesome. We were talking to him on the phone at 9:30pm trying to fill out a loan application. By the time we got home we had a pre-approval waiting in e-mail. We felt like we were being taken care of and the details were not being overlooked or put aside. We have worked with other lenders in the past and had some bad experiences. We did expect to have the same experience this time, but was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency Josh and David worked under. Time was a critical factor with this purchase and Josh got the job done.
Skylar did a good job as well. Because time was a critical factor, we feel he did everything he could to help the process along. He made himself available whenever we needed him. He also referred us to Josh, which ended up being a great experience overall. We will refer others to Skylar's services as well in the future.
I would say that my refinance experience with Josh was a positive one. It seemed that there were some "bumps" in my situation and Josh worked through them and we got it done. Thank you, both, for everything you did to get my home refinanced.
