We’re fast, friendly and accurate. When you’re in the kicking the tires stage of a mortgage it’s hard to know exactly what you are going to get or what the process is going to look and feel like. We get it!
Here’s what you can expect when working us and EXACTLY what you can expect when you become a client:
- We are FAST! Most clients will have a written proposal within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone with us. The proposal will be clear and concise; you will know your rate, payment, cash to close and total of all closing costs. If you like easy to understand, you’ll love our proposals.
- All your documents for Underwriting and final approval are collected electronically or in person at our office. We make it easy and will even work with your CPA, Financial Advisor and or assistants to gather documents if it makes it easier for you. Bottom line, we do everything possible to make this easy, fast and convenient for you.
- Your loan will have final pre-approval within 24 hours of submitting the requested documents. Yes, you will be pre-approved in one day!
- All Underwriting is done in-house at our office in Salt Lake City, UT. We are EXTREMELY quick and can work through your approval, any loan conditions and closing documents to title with surprising speed.
- FRIENDLY AND ACCURATE- Before you get to closing you’ll receive a call to review all final documents and ensure we have EXACTLY what you are anticipating. We also show up to closings. What friend would help you and then not show up to the closing? Not us! We attend 95% of all closings to make sure there are no mistakes and no questions left unanswered. We get this is important. We make sure it is done right!
