Sometimes regardless of how hard you work on something, your results are less than spectacular. That is how my team and I feel about our handling of some of the loans we provided in the last month. It was a perfect storm of multiple problems and personnel changes that led to our poor performance.
We’ve failed to some degree; we can’t fix that but it does drive us to do better next time. Our team is working very hard to fix the issues we encountered and we are moving forward into a much better place than we were just a month ago. We will continue to work hard because we truly care and want our clients to be happy and to love doing business with us.
In focusing on the positive and to express our apologies, we sent custom pictures of the new homes to those clients we missed the mark with. Rest assured, our team cares and is working to improve our performance.
