I'd say the one main reaon that we end up using Josh, he's as good as all the other guys. But, and we've joked about this, he will hound down a lead for us. He will get a lead. If we've got a lukewarm buyer, that we just wrote an offer for and we're going out to maybe show houses to and we want to see if they're qualified, there's nobody better than Josh Mettle about calling up and continuing to call them until he actually gets ahold of them and gets a pre-approval out of them.

If you'd be interested I'd like to introduce you to an incredible lender, Josh Mettle. Josh and I have a 9 year working relationship. He has been the preferred lender of many Utah home builders including: Sage, DR Horton, Bison Ridge and I know there are others I've forgotten. Josh and his team consistently lend incredible sums of money each year while maintaining a very personal experience for my clients. Where his value add comes into play for you is he does a complete underwriting of the borrowers file prior to you ever pulling a permit. Of course the same work needs to be done a second time right before the actual closing but the risk mitigation the initial underwriting provides is invaluable. Other value adds include better lead capturing through joint marketing efforts, web sites, etc plus the ability to cross sell each other (Petersons, Sotheby's and Josh) to the client.

I wanted to let you know the ads that were running on ksl.com over the weekend generated 12 calls to our office and several showings that we hope will follow through with offers on some of the properties. The ksl.com ads have been consistently driving calls to us and in particular the properties that are short sale and able to close quickly are getting a tremendous response.

Josh's team was great. I recently refinanced my house and couldn't have had a better experience. I emailed Josh late at night on a Monday telling him I wanted to see some numbers on 15 and 30 year refinance. I had two breakdowns in my email inbox by 9:00 am the next day. David then handled my file after that and kept me updated and in the loop throughout the whole process. Both are great guys with more mortgage and market knowledge than anyone out there.
