Our daughter Aria Tennille Mettle arrived on October 7th at 8:15 AM. We’re truly blessed to have front row seats to the spectacle of growing children. This has been an incredibly busy fall and our family is looking forward to the holidays. I’m feeling like my body and mind need a few days at home to relax and hang with my little ones. I hope you and your family use this precious time to relax and not let the hustle and bustle of the holidays stress you out. We have enough to stress over; let’s enjoy the blessings and precious time we’re about to have with our families this year.

Many of you know that I own and manage rental properties with my wife and mother. At last count we own and manage 94 units here in the Salt Lake Valley, I’m a fourth generation real estate landlord and investor and feel like I have my pulse on the market. I’m certainly not perfect and I’ve made some STUPID investments, but in the end I’ve made more good decisions than bad and we’re having our MOST profitable year EVER as property owners and landlords.
