Josh Mettle, Senior Loan OfficerOver the last 12 years, I've helped a lot of great clients and friends finance the purchase of their new home. It's something I still love doing to this day! In 2012 we had the pleasure of helping 437 families into their new homes. That’s 10X what most full time loan officers do. As one of the top 1% of all loan officers in the country, my absolute knowledge of the industry and professionalism will be hard at work for you and your family. I specialize in unique mortgage financing programs for physicians, dentists and other medical professionals. My other passion is to work with other real estate investors creating passive income and future inheritances for their children. I’m a fourth generation Utah real estate investor and landlord and own a number of rental homes, apartment units and mortgages in the Salt Lake Valley. David Nelson, Loan Officer/FICO ProDavid started working with Josh back in 2007 as his assistant and helped him achieve record breaking production numbers. In October 2012 David became a full-time loan officer on the team and has had amazing results in helping clients achieve their financial goals through home refinancing and purchasing. In 2012 David also received his FICO Pro certification. He currently is one of only 4 individuals in the state of Utah with this certification. This allows him to help clients, with their credit concerns, to reach the level they need to be in order to be mortgage qualified for the best loan possible. Josh’s past clients can attest to the hard work, dedication and excellent skills that David possesses. He takes pride in the service commitments he makes to all of his clients and real estate professionals. Drake Bloebaum, Loan OfficerDrake Bloebaum has been advising clients on their home financing strategies for over seven years. As a Mortgage Professional he takes great pride in listening to and understanding his clients goals in order to craft the best loan for each individual’s needs. Drake has resided in Salt Lake City, Utah for 30 years. He attended Judge Memorial High School and graduated from the University of Utah in 2001. Drake's passions are very diverse and if you know him well, you know that whatever he does, he always strives for excellence. Whether its performing on stage with his band, skiing and exploring in the amazing Wasatch mountains, racing a mountain bike, or securing the best financing the market has to offer. Nylene Gonzales, Senior UnderwriterNylene began residential underwriting to help people achieve the dream of home ownership for themselves and for their families. This is the most important part of her job and she is happy to be part of a team that makes that happen. Nylene started out in the Commercial loan department of Zions Bank in 1980. She is a Senior Underwriter, and has been underwriting since 1990 for many investors, including Met Life, Ocwen, Weyerhauser, and National City. Her experience includes investment banking and due diligence for whole loan sale and private securitization of mortgages; reviewing of commercial portfolios included evaluation of loans, valuation of collateral and site inspection with investors. She has overseen quality control for mortgages and as a senior underwriter, she second-signed approvals for other underwriters. Nylene is skilled in coordinating with top producers, and finally landed at Citywide Home Loans where she is the dedicated underwriter for The Mettle Group. |

Theron Millar, Mortgage Loan ProcessorTheron entered the mortgage industry ten years ago and has been helping customers with their home lending needs ever since. He has an affinity for handling delicate situations and for smoothing any rough edges that may exist in a loan transaction. Clients soon learn that up-to-the-minute communication is standard fare with Theron – he is available and happy to assist at any hour. More than anything, Theron is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service to every person he works with. Because of this, he has formed and maintains strong working relationships with all of the key players – from realtors to title agents to underwriters. Theron’s greatest satisfaction comes when a loan closes and a customer looks back at the loan process with gratitude for the way the lending team worked together to make the process smooth and successful. |

Michele Dixon, Loan ProcessorMichelle has been a part of Citywide for several years and brings extensive knowledge from all areas of the industry. She was most recently a compliance specialist and managed the compliance department here at Citywide. Michelle has been a processer, closer, and funder along with other job titles over the years as well. She has now joined the Mettle Group us as a Loan Processor.

Cory loves giving amazing customer service to our clients and likes knowing she helped someone purchase their home or successfully refinance their property.Cory has a son who keeps her busy and fuliflled outside of work. |
Nyki Tallant, Income SpecialistNyki came to the Mettle Team in February of 2013 with nine years lending experience. Starting as a Receptionist and working her way up through the industry, she is now an Income Specialist. Her experience includes tenure as a Loan Officer, Reverse Mortgage Account Executive, Loan Coordinator and Senior Processing Manager. She prides herself on being a client’s advocate in an era of big business. From Waukesha, Wisconsin, she moved to South Jordan, Utah after attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Outside of the office, she pursues her creative passions including painting, drawing, sculpting and otherwise making an inspired mess. Nyki is an avid reader and an active traveler with her best friend of eleven years, a black lab named Emmy. |

Kim Cowdell, Administrative SpecialistKim started with Citywide Home Loans, January 18th 2008 as the corporate office Receptionist. She was promoted to Reception Supervisor, overseeing all the reception staff in all branch offices of Citywide Home Loans and CHL Mortgage. She managed the Citywide Home Loans/CHL Mortgage web page for the past 5 years. Kim was offered the opportunity with work with Josh Mettle and the Mettle Group, in October 2012, an opportunity that felt like a good fit. Kim answers the phones for the team and conducts other administrative duties to keep the flow of the loan process for our clients moving in a smooth manner. This is a new adventure to see the workings of the loan process from start to finish and she is very excited to be a part of this awesome team of people!! |

Traci Pehrson, Production ManagerTraci has been in the mortgage industry for over 12 years and has loved every minute of it. She thoroughly enjoys knowing that she is helping clients with the purchase of their first home, getting debt resolved, or increasing their income by purchasing investment properties. Traci has been a Loan Processor, Account Executive, Closing & Funding Manager, Post-Closing Manager, as well as an Operations Manager. She is passionate about creating streamlined systems, policies, and procedures to help improve efficiency in order to simplify a sometimes complex process. Traci sincerely believes in providing the highest level of customer service to clients. When she is not working Traci’s 2 boys keep her active and excited about life which is why she strives for excellence so she can be an example as well as able to provide for them. |

Ralene Harker, eMarketing SpecialistRalene began working for The Mettle Group in 2011 as Josh’s eMarketing Specialist, and loves what she does! She manages Josh's websites and blogs, creates and runs his email marketing campaigns and plans group events. Ralene also builds single property sites for Josh’s Realtor clients and maintains and markets those sites. Ralene loves her family and spending time laughing with them. Her passions are personal growth, travel, and learning. |
